Does anyone else find it odd that Tyra picked a lucky "extra" girl (Dominique) when there were only supposed to be thirteen, and then two girls get axed? I don't know, it seemed a bit weird to me. I don't think there was any way to have known that Kim was going to leave, but the number is still even. Or maybe I'm just overly suspicious. Thoughts?

Was anyone else surprised Tyra didn't talk about Waris Dirie? She was extremely influential and has raised a lot of awareness about female genital mutilation. If you've never heard of her, she came from Africa almost as an indentured servant, and was then discovered in the UK. is it just me or does Melrose from cycle 7 scream IDINA MENZEL to anyone else?

she reminds me of idina soooo bad. just the way she looks and sounds and stuff.

I've noticed in various comments that Saleisha (or Tootie or one of her other nicknames) is very much disliked and not many people want her to be the winner of America's Next Top Model. What are the reasons behind the almost unanimous dislike of Saleisha?

So I finally got to watch Cycle 5 (yeah, I'm supposed to be studying, but whatever) - and is it just me - but did Kim get a LOT of face time.
